So, for those of you that know me, it's no secret that I'm slightly vivacious when it comes to stories that I love- the ones that dig, down deep, into my soul and move every part in me. Over the last three-point-five years, I've read some good stuff. Some really good stuff. But, I started thinking after I read a New York Times bestseller, last week... gosh guys, we've really got it good here. I mean, I've really got a great thing going when I pick up a bestseller and my first thought, half way through the book is, my fanfiction is SO much better than this. Which brings me to this post. 

     Over the years that I've read fic, many many stories have stuck with me... made me flail, call my mom... tell my neighbors... even have conferences with my pastor (no lie) but only a few have really REALLY stayed close to my fic lovin' heart. I won't take you all the way back to the golden years, which I refer to as the Wide Awake era, (though TB&TC is from there) but I will walk you through my last year of this wonderful fancy free fanfiction world that we are all so blessed to be a part of, and share with you my favorite stories from 2011-2012.
