The Lemonade Stand has spent so many years bringing you the best the Twilight fandom has to offer, and we are very excited to have the chance to offer you even MORE. We've watched stories grow and develop from first post through COMPLETE, and now we're lucky enough to share previews of the stories that will soon be your new addiction.

This week our feature is the talented iambeagle, author of fandom favs Don't Delete the Kisses, Kiss Me, You Idiot, The Cellar and First of the Month. The excitement is building with her new fic The Procedure and we can't wait to get started!

Summary:  With the memories of each other erased, their futures are bright. Promising. With their memories of each other eliminated, they are strangers.

Some say love is blind.

Not me. 

Love is eyes wide open. 

It knows exactly what it’s doing.

Love knows how to get under your skin. Taint your blood. Burrow in your bones.

It’s not patient nor kind. It makes you blind. Love gives you a false sense of security before it rips you to shreds.

And it will.

I’ve heard about what it’s done to people in the old days. The heartbreak and the agony. I’ve read about the depression and the self-doubt it causes.

Romeo and Juliet. 

Heathcliff and Catherine.

Their stories were cautionary tales. 

Warnings of love gone wrong.

I must have lived through it before, too, but I don’t remember the details.

After the Procedure, we never do.
