We can hardly believe Christmas is so close! After you've made the cookies, wrapped the gifts, and mailed out the last card, settle down with one of these TLS recommended stories to get your holiday groove on.  Plus, the Mistletoe Contest that Edmazing co-hosted has wrapped up and there were lots of great holiday one shots there to help you get your fill of holiday feels.

But if holiday stories aren't for you, don't worry, we have a selection of "Everyfreakingbody Recommends" recs sprinkled with love throughout the list just for you. Also, don't forget the May to December Romance Contest that Nic is co-hosting with CarrieZM kicks off on December 26th!

A Lot by Crimsonmarie-rec'd by Midnight Cougar
Bella Swan, not one for Christmas, plans to spend it alone. Edward Cullen is the unavailable, gorgeous bartender at Forks Bowling Alley where she spends every Tuesday night. Could a late night ritual with him change everything? Rated M

A Winter's Tale by GemmaH-rec'd by Cappricorn75
England 1891. Though the winter is harsh, it's more than a roaring fire in the servants' hall that's warming Isabella Swan's cheeks. There's also the matter of a local farmer turned poacher, who threatens to steal her heart. Rated M

Christmas With the Cullens by BlueIsSoul-rec'd by Planetblue
Ever since she can remember, Bella Swan has spent her Christmas with the Cullens. This Christmas its time to sort out those Edward related "complications". But what happens when Edward has a new introduction to make?Rated M

Finding Home by TGBMcCray-rec'd by Sixdlb5
From a ranch in Oklahoma to the heart of Los Angeles, they move on but hang on. Love is a person, not a place, but geography sure can muck things up. Will a Christmas visit mean a second chance or the final goodbye to the only home she's ever known? Rated M

Footprints in the Snow by Cosmogirl7481-rec'd by Midnight Cougar
"An hour from now, when the snow falls again, it will be like we weren't even there. But we will remember." A story of unrequited love, and how the things we keep silent can hurt us and the ones we hold closest. Rated M

It Came Upon a Midnight Clear by Staceleo-rec'd by Suebee Betafairy
Love comes to Miss Swan unexpectedly during the holidays. Rated M

Lies Destroy by Awish0921-rec'd by Midnight Cougar
Edward Masen's future, for all intents & purposes, was as bright as the sun. He had everything, a home, parents that loved him, girls falling all over him, law school on the horizon, then with a single twist of fate, it all came crashing down making Edward question everything he's ever known. Rated M

Malice in the Garden by Ooza-rec'd by Sixdlb5
The sequel to HERE IN THE GARDEN OF SIN. After being changed against her will, Bella struggles to adjust to life as a vampire. The hurdles she faces go beyond bloodlust, and her new perspective leaves her feeling torn between old morals and new desires. Edward fights to win her over, but when his world is threatened, he realizes there's more to lose than her heart. Rated M

Quarterback Sneak by Jayhawkbb-rec'd by Everyfreakingbody!
As a Seattle sports talk radio host, it's my job to give my opinion on the Seahawks new quarterback, Edward Cullen. But maybe I shouldn't have said what I know, about his butt. Rated M

Sear by Rochelle Allison-rec'd by Everyfreakingbody!
Bella, one week into a housesitting job, has an unexpected, late night visitor. Written using WitFits. Short. Drama and romance, of course, but also... Rated M

Seven Days to Christmas by CullensTwiMistress-rec'd by Layathomemom
She met him at thirteen and again at twenty-seven. He's never forgotten her. A Christmas story about two people, luck, and a few special deliveries. Rated M

She Gave Me Words, I Gave My Heart by Myonlyheroin-rec'd by Nic
I found her in fic. I joined her in fandom. I learned from her and about her through the words she gave, but I'd be damned if I let her slip through my fingers in real life. Rated M

The Golden Giants Tour by Walkingwithgiants-rec'd by Maplestyle
"Three months," he kept going in his deep voice. "You'll probably never be able to do this again." Three months, three continents, sweaty nights, an uncomfortable bed, ten men, a girl, and a bus. Bella Swan should have known better than to say yes. Rated M

There's a Word for It by Eiluned price-rec'd by Everyfreakingbody!
I hadn't liked 17-year-old boys even when I was 17. So what is it about Edward Cullen that's so compelling? Whatever it is, I can't afford to find out. Rated M

Trouble by LyricalKris-rec'd by Cappricorn75
Carlisle should have known Edward Masen was trouble. He was smart, beautiful, cheeky, and a sub in need of a dom with a firm hand, which Carlisle just happened to be. He was also very young, an intern and Carlisle was his attending. Trouble indeed. Rated M

Twelve Days of Christmas by Twilover76-rec'd by Drotuno
Bella is running from her past and Edward is deciding his future. The holiday season brings them together. Can two people from different worlds be happy together? Rated M

Two Blue Lines by Payton79-rec'd by Cappricorn75
Bella, a good girl, was dumped by her long-time boyfriend. Edward, a young doctor, is feeling suffocated by his father's plans. Waking up next to a stranger is a shock for a good girl. Seeing the girl of your dreams run out on you the morning after sucks for a nice guy. What if two blue lines will bind the two together for life? What if they can't even remember how they came to be? Rated M

Weather With You by MagTwi78-rec'd by Suebee Betafairy
Long days are spent swimming in the river with your mates, and trying to catch the eye of the cute boy from out of town. It might be a hundred degrees in the shade, but we'll still wear silly paper hats and eat a big, hot, roast dinner. This is Christmas in Australia, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Rated M

Words with Strangers by Nolebucgrl-rec'd by Jenn G.
EPOV Companion Piece to Words with Friends. Movie star Edward Cullen is done with women and focused on his career. A stranger reaches out to him via Words with Friends. Will her words change his mind? Rated M

You Came Too Early by Elliania-rec'd by Everyfreakingbody!
Edward and Bella married too young and for all the wrong reasons, so no one acted surprised when their marriage crumbled down. Two kids and five years later, events force them to live under the same roof for a while. Will they realize what they lost? Rated M
